Research, development and engineering teams
Industry-leading quality and innovation starts with this team. Our engineers drive product innovation and design products that deliver strength and security. We use 3-D modeling, finite element analysis (FEA) and failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) to help design products that are, from the start, strong yet not excessively heavy, as well as ergonomic and aesthetically pleasing. Production teams
Our manufacturing and assembly teams are the backbone to the safety and peace of mind that we create. Our products follow a strict control procedure from the initial forging and stamping, through to finishing, inspecting, testing and shipping. We manufacture some of our components in China in order to keep our prices competitive, but we never skimp on strict compliance with quality systems and product testing. David Pan leads PenSafe's Far Eastern manufacturing and sourcing operations.
